Camp Purpose
The purpose of camp is first and foremost an opportunity to create some excitement and enthusiasm for the team and the up coming season. Second, it offers runners a week of solid summer base training. But most importantly it supports team building and provides motivation for each individual.

Meet at 10:00 am to load van
12:00 noon- Stop for Gas/ eat bag lunch
Arrive around 1:00 PM, check-in, unpack

Tuesday:Trip to Rickets Glen State Park (hike waterfall trail)
Thursday

Depart at around 1:00
Return to HS between 4:00-4:30
