Philip Koser - Head Coach, Mid/ Long Distance
Coach Koser has helped coach at Donegal since 2001 is various capacities. He is exceited about the 2025 season outlook. He ran in highschool at Hempfield, and in college at Messiah where he ran the 300m steeplechase.
Albert Greaves - Throws Coach
Coach Greaves is in his 2nd year of coaching with Donegal. He threw shot put and discuss in high school at Cedar Crest HS.
Bob Koenig - Sprints
Bob is in his 2nd year of coaching with Donegal.after several years of coaching at Penn Manor, Solanco, and LBC. He has several certifications in sprint and strength training.
Phil Erb - Jumps
Coach Erb has been an assistant Track coach since 2018. He has been responsible for coaching the jumpers and hurdlers. Phil is a 1991 graduate of Shippensburg University where he ran track for four years and was a state medalist in the decathlon. Phil and his wife, Mindy reside in Mount Joy. Mindy and their three children are all Donegal alumni.
Duane Koser- Mid/ Long Distance
Duane has been in charge of or been a volunteer coach for the distance events for many seasons, and knows the program well from competing at Donegal as an athlete. He has earned his USA Track & Field Level 1 Coaching Certification.
Highlights of his career were finishing 2nd at states in crosscountry his senior year and winning a district championship. In track, Duane placed 3rd in the 3200 meters at States his senior year. He also is on the Top Ten Track and Field Honor Roll at Donegal in the mile and 3200 meters. Duane has been voted into the Donegal Hall of Fame for his accomplishments as an athlete at Donegal.

Andy Wittle - Pole Vault
The 2024 season will be Andy's 12th season as a Pole Vault coach. Andy is a former Donegal Track athlete. He is a Donegal alum.
As an athlete, Andy won medals at the LLL Championshsips in the pole vault and 4x100m and is on the Donegal Top Ten Honor Roll in both events.

Bob is joining us as a coach for the first time.
